As the lead expert, New Hire will pass his knowledge to other workers employed by Titus b. As the lead expert, we believe New Hire�s skill and knowledge will generate increase jobs and revenue to based on the United States. 5. The business plan for Titus is to install an infra red optical sort facility in the top 25 metro areas and employ in support two to four technicians in every metro area. New Hire�s role will expand to not only train and develop the 25 to 50 technicians we will need but also manage them.
