Combine the oriental rigorous logic and western creative imagination on physics to stimulate students� capability of independent thinking and team sprits. Encourage students to embrace diversity and inspire them to discover different ways to approach and solve the same physics issues. Actively supervise students in the classroom and laboratory. Help students preparing for standardized testing, graduation and college entrance exams in Physics. Prepare and grade tests and assignments to evaluate students� progress and maintains records of student�s learning progress and growth. Facilitate frequent and effective home?school communication with parents. Collaborate with other teachers to address teaching and research issues resulting from different culture and background of students.
