2-19-18 OLD FEIN: 264615732 -Art The ultimate goal for this position is to develop new partnerships with schools and districts within the state of Texas. He/she will be accountable for generating revenue and managing a sales staff to hit quarterly and yearly quotas. Specific duties include but are not restricted to: - Identifying potential new schools and districts that might be a good fit for the Coast 2 Coast Coaching program - Design strategic plans to most efficiently manage staff and develop new partnerships - Develop weekly and quarterly sales reports - Report to upper management on a weekly basis - Manage all aspects of the company CRM for the Texas region - Manage and work with sales staff to improve sales process and techniques - Arranging meetings with school administrators - Agree and schedule programs with school Principal - Help with the administration tasks for district contracts Travel Requirements: Travel to various school districts through out Texas as needed. Around 8 trips per week. Special Requirements : U.S.S.F. Coaching License, Must have played soccer at a collegiate level or higher. Must have MBA Or in process of obtaining MBA. Understanding about the European methodology and philosophy of soccer is required. Experience in playing or coaching for a high level European youth soccer team is necessary.
