Send resume: HR., Dayton Outpatient Center, 1010 Woodman Dr., Dayton, OH 45432 Conceptualize & develop new programs, & specify manipulative or computational methods to be applied to models; Participate in long-range strategic planning by formulating and applying mathematical modelling, using Lexis Nexis data; Implement necessary IT elements by defining data requirements, gathering and validating information; Evaluate and adjust programs based on participant evaluations by applying judgment, statistical tests and level of interest shown, by assigning numerical values to each program component and examining the mathematical relationship between them; Identify business needs and requirements and design, conduct, and evaluate experimental operational models in cases where models cannot be developed from existing data; Formulate mathematical or simulation models of problems, relating constants and variables, and develop detailed written specifications to serve as a basis for application design and development consistent with new technologies using Rational Requisite Pro, MS Office, MS Visio; Create test cases, perform validation and testing of models to ensure accuracy, conduct testing with end users, and document feedback for development team; Research problems faced by management and prepare reports defining and evaluating problems and recommending solutions ; Production Coordination and Tracking by supplying optimal time, cost or logistics for evaluation using MS Project; Conduct analysis, analysing information about alternative courses of action to determine best options, and develop recommendations. Req. Master�s in Operations Research, Business Administration, Law or related field, 12 mo. exp. as Analytical Stategist or related occup.
