Disassembly and create assembly and manufacturing process Cost Map model for products such as automotive engines, body structures, medical devices etc. by using Design Profit� (DP)software. 2. Evaluate products design complexity and manufacturability through DP software. 3. Modify/improve/evaluate mechanical product design to achieve better manufacturability and assemblability (DFA/DFM) as well as better quality and profit. 4. Benchmarking and reverse engineering as well as research on new technologies and manufacturing processes to develop business cases for customers' products. 5. Define new concept design directions, sketches and cost reduction ideas with knowledge of mechanical engineering and lean design principles. 6. Define product manufacturing methods, materials and equipment. 7. Use CAD software to create 3D solid part for new ideas and FEA simulation. 8. Coordinate and support with Chinese customers Job Requirement: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, 6-month experience as Mechanical Engineer in both Product Development using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software and in manufacturing and assembly workshops. Knowledge in Design for Assembly & Manufacturability (DFA/DFM), finite element analysis (FEA), and CAD software.
